Delivery time

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information (if applicable).

As for now we ship to countrys such as:

Orders shipping to Sweden
1 to 3 business days for shipping

Orders shipping within EU
5 to 7 business days for shipping

Countries outside of EU
Not available at the moment

If you have selected the tracked packet at check out, you may monitor the status of your package in real-time. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. You can follow the progress of your order by searching with your tracking number. 

Notify us, if you didn't received a confirmation email or have not received your purchase(s) within 15 working days after placing your order. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly.

Shipping is free within EU. 

Return and exchange

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. For now we do not offer exchanges. If you do want to exchange your product to a different item, please make a return and place a new order. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Returned items must be in original condition and be returned in original packaging. If not we have the right to deny your return request
  • We will not be responsible for any lost return

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Email us at info@biteandbone.com with your order number and reason for return 
  • If the return is accepted we will respons with a return label for you
  • Print the return label and attach it on the package
  • Drop the return at the specified postal office

Additional Information:

  • Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your refund from having received the return
