We ship using UPS or Schenker.
For now we only ship to Europe but soon we will ship all over the world.
It depends on where you are. Swedish delivery is 1-3 business days. European deliveries averages 5-7 days. Delivery details and tracking-ID will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, or exchange it, we’re happy to help. Free of cost.
You can return or exchange items up to 30 business days after receiving your original order. The products must be sent back in their original condition, original packaging and without previously used postage labels within 30 days after purchasing them.
We are not responsible if the package gets lost while sending it back to us.
Bite & Bone reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Bite & Bone collars and leashes are made out of the finest leathers and should be treated with respect.
Use a damp soft cloth and a leather cleaner or saddle soap to clean your products when you deem necessary. Make sure that the cleaner you use is designed for full-grain leather products. Allow the leather cleaner or saddle soap to dry naturally, then wipe it off with a soft cloth, stay away from direct heat. Afterwards apply a quality leather conditioner and protectant to the leather items after a thorough cleaning. This will help to protect the hide from water, dirt and other damage. Always use a conditioner or grease that is designed specifically for full-grain leather.
Quality leather products require just a little care to make them last a lifetime!
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible.
